Terms and Conditions
1. Each Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160L-XS prize comprises of one (1) Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S, equipped with trailer (drive away), valued at $30,750.00 Colour of a Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160L-XS is subject to availability of colours offered by the applicable prize supplier.
2. The Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S prize includes costs associated with registration of the Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S prize, including twelve (12) months registration in the place of residence of the winners, on road costs, stamp duty and dealer delivery costs, dependent upon the usual residential address of the winners, but exclude comprehensive insurance and operational costs, which are the responsibility of the winners. All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winners.
3. Each winner must attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, safety demonstrations and other requirements of the Promoter and/or a prize supplier in respect of the Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S prize, as determined by the Promoter and/or a prize supplier in their absolute discretion, and must wear all safety and other equipment required and comply with all safety and other requirements when using the Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S prize.
4. A winner (or their parent or legal guardian where a winner is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years) will be contacted by the Promoter to arrange for collection of the Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S prize from the prize supplier dealership nearest to the winner’s (or their parent’s or legal guardian’s where a winner is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years) usual residential address. When the Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S is collected, a winner (or parent or legal guardian where a winner is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years) must provide a current driver’s licence for inspection and demonstrate that the Promoter has arranged the required registration in the winner’s name (or their
parent or legal guardian’s name, where a winner is aged 14 years and older but less than 18 years),
before the Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 160LX-S may be taken away from the collection point.
5. There is no cash alternative to this prize.
